Monday to Thursday appointments beginning at 7 AM with final available appointment at 5 PM (if required)
Friday appointments beginning at 7 am with final appointment at 3:30 PM. The office does not schedule appointments from noon to 1 pm but is available by phone.
If your doctor recommends physical therapy, just ask them to fax their order to Matt at 315-514-7370. Also, did you know that in New York State, you can direct access physical therapy without seeing your doctor to get a referral unless you have federally funded insurance like Medicare, Medicaid, VA etc...? You're welcome to call and ask if this applies to you before you go make an extra copay to your doctor!
